Building Global Bridges
in Science

Day 1 & 2, October 14-15th

Baltic Photonics 2024 starts with 2-days of scientific presentations, highlighting research works from Taiwan and Lithuania. This event will bring together the brightest minds in photonics from these 2 countries.

If you’re interested in photonics research from Lithuania and Taiwan, these sessions are must to attend.

From Research
to Industry

Day 3, October 16th

On Day 3, participants will get an exclusive look at Lithuania’s leading photonics companies, exploring the real-world production of lasers and photonics technologies. The day will wrap up with an excursion and networking event in the historic city of Trakai (~35 km from Vilnius), offering an opportunity for scientists and businesses to connect and spark long-term collaborations.

The number of places for this day is limited, and participation will be confirmed individually after registration.

Fusion of Photonics and Biotechnology

Day 4, October 17th

On Day 4, we’re setting the stage for exploration of 2 Lithuania’s leading ecosystems – photonics and biotechnology. This day is dedicated to provide a platform for these 2 ecosystems to connect, explore each other, and learn how laser technologies are being applied in biotechnological processes, as well as where future collaborations could lead.

It’s a great opportunity for players from both industries to connect and discover new synergies, with site visits to Toolas Cluster companies concluding the day.
