Photonics 4 Industry project
The new EU-funded project “Photonics4Industry” started on February 1, 2022. The aim of the project is the sustainable strengthening and networking of the participating photonics clusters from Austria, France, Finland, Germany and Lithuania. In particular, the exchange between the members and the targeted expansion of the existing cluster services are promoted.
The goals of the Photonics4Industry project, the project duration of which is two years, are to increase the excellence of the cluster management, to create new exchange opportunities and to build a sustainable Europe-wide strategic partnership of the five photonics clusters involved, in particular to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) among members.
The venture will be accomplished by developing a joint partnership strategy, enhancing cluster excellence, developing new services for cluster members, promoting peer learning with the ClusterXchange mobility program and implementing joint business-to-business (B2B) and cluster -to-cluster (C2C) activities achieved.
