Baltic Photonics 2019: two days of cooperation offers
Baltic Photonics 2019 – networking B2B event a platform for annual meetings, networking and setting up partnerships for photonics sector professionals has opened with keynote speech by Martynas Barkauskas (Light Conversion) giving an overview of femtosecond laser applications and markets. 60 photonics business leaders from 11 countries gathered in Vilnius to set up new partnerships, presenting 21 collaboration opportunities during day 1 of the event. Altechna Coatings, Sprana and BOD opened their laboratories for visits and discussions.
Two days long conference continued with 6 more collaboration opportunities, a session on laser material processing and a special scope on Finnish photonics ecosystem. TOOLAS has presented its technologies, and participated in meetings with accent on silicon dicing technology.
This event is organised together with Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA).
